Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Eisenhower Health. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with patients, families, peers, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess Patient Needs: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, and spiritual status to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement care plans that address patients' needs, taking into account their age, health status, and other relevant factors.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with patients, families, peers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document Patient Care: Accurately document patient care activities, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with organizational standards.
- Participate in Multidisciplinary Care Planning: Participate in multidisciplinary care planning to identify and clarify patient needs, and to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
- Licensure/Certification: Current California RN licensure and American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience: Preferred: Experience in the area of specialty or in an area of higher acuity, or participation in an internship program/course.
