Job Title: Pharmaceutical Compounder

Tri-Pac Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Compounder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing raw ingredients to produce finished bulk and maintaining packaging line production by preparing batches based on product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare batches according to recipes developed by the lab.
  • Clean and maintain tanks, pumps, and hoses.
  • Complete batch paperwork and follow GDP requirements.
  • Participate in validation and qualification activities.
  • Assist with delivery of batches to production lines.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized batching area.
  • Know and maintain chemical inventory.
  • Assist with quarterly inventory of plant materials.
  • Notify maintenance and R&D director of equipment issues.
  • Improve batching and GMP knowledge through training sessions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Forklift, pallet-jack, and material handling equipment operations.
  • Working understanding of tanks, pumps, and filling systems.
  • Practical experience with flammables and equipment grounding.
