Job Description

At Corona Friends Church, we are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate individual to serve as our Kids Ministry Director. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for cultivating a purposeful, fun, safe, and engaging discipleship culture for kids from birth – 5th grade.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Oversee and develop a comprehensive Kids Ministry program, including budgeting, supervising, and equipping people for the work of ministry.
  • Ministry Culture: Lead and develop a ministry culture that aligns with our church's mission, vision, values, and goals.
  • Classroom Environment: Ensure classrooms reflect a safe, professional, Christian environment.
  • Curriculum Development: Review and develop relevant curriculum for the Kids program that fosters spiritual formation in children.
