Lead Our Team to Success

CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization as a Sales Leader. With over 120 years of industry experience, we are a leader in our field and are looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose.

The role will involve learning our process for servicing existing clients, developing relationships to acquire new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals. You will become an expert in training and developing your team members, and as you master our systems and process, you will be well-positioned for advancement to the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients for our referrals and leads.
  • Supervise team activity and results, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of performance.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
