Senior POS Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior POS Systems Specialist to join our team at Cumberland Farms Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation, maintenance, and optimization of POS systems within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 application support to end users, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to minimize future occurrences.
- Investigate and diagnose application issues, analyzing error logs and conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
- Assist with user access management, ensuring appropriate user permissions and access controls are in place.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and configuration changes, coordinating with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of application configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of end user support or consulting experience within the application of experience, Blue Yonder Platform In-Depth knowledge of modules and functionality.
- Experience with integrating Blue Yonder with other systems using APIs, familiar with Application Servers such as Weblogic.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
