Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Patient Care Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed.
- Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care.
- Complete patient care records at the end of each shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
- Willingness to care for geriatric patients and a genuine concern for their welfare.
- Ability to receive, understand, and follow orders.
