As a Full-Time Laborer at the City of Pharr, you will play a vital role in enhancing the city's infrastructure by assisting with the installation of water line extensions, new service lines, hydrants, and valves. Your responsibilities will include repairing broken lines through the replacement of sections or the installation of repair clamps, ensuring the reliability of our water services. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the installation of water line extensions, new service lines, hydrants, and valves.

- Dig trenches and lay sewer pipes and water lines.

- Proficiency in operating a backhoe in confined spaces and under challenging conditions.
- The ability to detect leaks, stoppages, and malfunctions in water mains and sewer lines, along with being able to determine the most efficient repair methods.
