Heating and Ventilation Specialist

At WC Wright & Son Inc, we are seeking a skilled Heating and Ventilation Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical role that requires exceptional technical expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors.

• System Installation: Install new HVAC-R systems, ensuring all components are properly connected and functioning as intended.
• Regular Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance, including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of moving parts.
• Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with existing HVAC-R systems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with our customers and internal teams.

• Education: Completion of an HVAC or HVAC-R training program or apprenticeship.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with certifications and/or licensures as required by local regulations.

• Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems with HVAC-R systems.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC-R systems, including design, installation, and operation.
