As a Major Account Manager - Enterprise Technology, you will partner with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for additional services and cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts within assigned accounts.

With a strong background in sales and a passion for the healthcare industry, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding Spectrum's presence in this critical market. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting proactive consultative needs analyses with clients and executing account strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager
  • Monitoring developments across assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Cultivating relationships with new and existing contacts within assigned accounts
  • Qualifying new leads and requesting site surveys to determine serviceability

Requirements include:

  • Three or more years of exceeding revenue goal selling data, voice, cloud, and video solutions B2B
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and experience with Salesforce and Outreach
