Heavy Duty Truck Technician Leader

As a seasoned Diesel Mechanic/Technician I, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles. With a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, you'll ensure that our customers' vehicles are always in top condition.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance services, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve common goals.
- Continuously learn and improve skills through Penske's comprehensive training programs.

- A competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:
- 6 years of practical experience with heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance.

- Ability to work safely at heights and in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
