Seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Maintenance Technician Build to Rent (BTR) to join our team at BH Management Services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, making repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance programs.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide excellent customer service to residents. Your ability to travel between sites, work on-call, and adapt to changing priorities is crucial to meeting business needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes 3 weeks of paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) + company match, birthday paid day off, and more.
