About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Surveillance Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Safety Department, you will be responsible for fostering a fun environment, being a gracious host to all guests and coworkers, and promoting a positive influence in the community.

  • Foster a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure the well-being of all patrons.
  • Promote responsible gaming practices and prevent cheating methods.
Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol the facility and record activity using surveillance equipment.
  • Log recordings and prepare daily reports for management.
  • Recognize and report any suspicious behavior or illegal activities.
Requirements
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of surveillance equipment and digital recording systems is a plus.
  • Able to work in a semi-darkened environment.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
