At NW Sports Physical Therapy, we're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Tacoma. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to continuous learning and growth.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $45-$50 USD per hour, plus various benefits that cater to your well-being and career development. Our comprehensive package includes flexible work schedules with no weekends (Monday-Friday), clinical care productivity bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
In addition, we provide student loan reimbursement opportunities, partnership/ownership opportunities, company-paid life insurance, and voluntary short-term and long-term disability offerings.
About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist at NW Sports Physical Therapy, you'll be responsible for delivering specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment tailored to patient needs. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, which allows you to create your own schedule, including the possibility of one-on-one patient care.
You'll have access to full-funded residencies if accepted into our program for full-time positions. Our team is committed to clinical excellence and providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and fair work environment.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and hold current or pending state licensure. We value professionals who excel at providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment, love connecting with patients and clinical team members, and deliver the highest quality care.
