Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages, adhering to Starbucks standards.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English, with Spanish a plus.
  • Experience: One year of experience in guest service, with previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Basic arithmetic skills, ability to provide legible communication, and previous guest relations training.
