Customer Service Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Worthington Enterprises as a Customer Service Development Coordinator. This is a paid internship opportunity that will support the Customer Service Manager in driving process improvements across the team, with a focus on creating high-quality training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and revision of training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and video content.
• Gather and analyze feedback from our most recent new hires to identify training gaps and areas for growth.
• Build upon our existing Commercial Resource Hub to maintain an organized repository of training materials and ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Support other customer service-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Experience with SharePoint and Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.
Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
