Job Summary

Miller Kaplan is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Brand & Business Development department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM and other business applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with experience in managing user and license management, configuration changes, sandbox environment management, and data management. You will also be responsible for identifying and gathering requirements, translating them into best practice solutions, and communicating platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Configure Salesforce changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage sandbox environment and production deployments using changesets.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice solutions.
  • Communicate platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption.
  • Provide user training and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or other Marketing Automation tools.
  • Experience working with a consulting partner to deliver projects.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Digital Experiences.
  • Experience in change management and governance.
  • Experience training end-users and key stakeholders.
