Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Global Corporation in East Chicago, IN. This full-time position involves managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock balances and minimize waste
  • Track inventory movements and discrepancies to maintain accuracy
  • Maintain detailed inventory records and reports
  • Coordinate logistics for stock transfers and enforce inventory control policies
  • Perform system entries to maintain inventory accuracy and bin organization
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with SAP inventory systems and steel mill operations
