Divine Global Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer - Cyber Governance Specialist to lead our information security initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cyber governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our sensitive data.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel, to ensure alignment between technical requirements and organizational objectives. Your experience with Microsoft Purview or comparable enterprise GRC tools will enable you to effectively manage risk and ensure the security of our systems.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks, compliances tools, and secure system architecture. If you have experience navigating complex business environments and building relationships with other teams, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective cyber governance frameworks
  • Maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Managing risk and ensuring the security of systems
  • Engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical requirements and organizational objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field
  • Four years of experience in information technology systems or related area
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cybersecurity governance frameworks, compliances tools, and secure system architecture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
