About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and exceeding community occupancy goals. Your primary responsibility will be to guide families and older adults through the sales journey, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals
  • Partner with leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales associates to ensure they meet their sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
