Job Overview

Dominion Payroll is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team in Durango, CO.

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for building customized payroll platforms, collecting data, and communicating with other departments. You'll be the main point of contact with new clients during the implementation process.

We're looking for someone with two to three years of payroll experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Main and single point of contact with new clients during implementation process.
  • Build customized payroll platform in coordination with other services sold and other departments as necessary.
  • Responsible for collection of data in order to build current year payroll to balance the new system to previous quarterly and individual payroll information.
  • Communicate with other departments that status and coordinate additional product setup with implementation setup.
