Job Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Job Summary:
Candidate will be building out a view that allows practitioners to review and model contributions for Open Enrollment solutions created by Benefits Service Specialists. Clients will be able to view solutions marked as Show to Client and to model contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality intranet applications and data projects.
  • Analyze user feedback and requests to define objectives and solutions.
  • Contribute to team collaboration, troubleshoot development and production problems, and support users and other developers.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests.
  • Deliver software that performs extremely well under heavy load.
  • Write tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets.
  • Cooperate with the back-end developer in building REST-full web services.
  • Validate user actions on the client side and provide responsive feedback.
  • Write non-blocking code, utilizing advanced techniques such as multi-threading when needed.
  • Create custom, general-use modules and components that extend the elements and modules of Angular.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional development experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • C# web-based applications.
  • Deep knowledge of Angular or React practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
  • Experience working with either MongoDB, DocumentDB, or NoSQL/SQL.
  • Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Software development fundamentals like Open-Closed Principle.
  • Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5, and CSS.
  • Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • Create software documentation and update existing documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area.
