Dietary Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nutrition Expert to join our team at Health Advocates Network, Inc. in Vacaville, CA.

Responsibilities include documenting nutritional care, conducting diet counseling, and developing meal plans. Key qualifications include building rapport with patients, assessing dietary and health needs, and attending team meetings.

• Provide timely documentation of nutritional care
• Conduct diet counseling to all patients
• Assess dietary and health needs of patients
• Counsel patients on food and nutrition
• Develop meal plans for clients and gauge their effects
• Attend team meetings and participate in unit/dietary meetings
• Observe patients at mealtimes
• Provide assistance in food production management
• Attend professional meetings/seminars as appropriate

Pay rate is $59 per hour. A valid and current CPR card from the American Heart Association is required. Must have up to date credentials in the state of CA.
