We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Baxter Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and leadership within the nursing team.
Job Summary:This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, compassion, and attention to detail. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care, promoting healing environments for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Collaborate with all members of the health care team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience preferred.
- BLS required; ACLS within the first year of employment.

$10,000 Sign On Bonus* plus $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.
