Job Description

We are seeking a talented Healthcare Project Architect to join our progressive Architecture Team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate on healthcare projects from concept to complete construction documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients through verbal, graphic, and written means.
  • Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams across our three offices to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Healthcare experience: A must-have for this position.
  • Licensed Architect in Texas: This is a requirement for the job.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience: We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of the design process: You should have a deep understanding of the industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work through fast-paced projects: This is a challenging role that requires adaptability and efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks: You should be able to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work: Familiarity with industry-standard materials and products is essential.
  • Independent problem-solving: You should be able to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Suite is required.
  • Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor: This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment: You should be comfortable working collaboratively with others.
