Sales Director

The In House Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales activities for the Sales Office. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and mentor sales representatives to achieve budgeted sales goals.

• Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to meet sales targets.
• Mentor and motivate sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Conduct sales and training meetings to ensure sales staff are equipped with the necessary skills.
• Ensure management staff adhere to HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure sales activities comply with State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines.
• Maintain company minimum performance standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 4 years of vacation ownership sales experience.
• Prefer 1 year or more of sales leadership experience in vacation ownership.
• Real Estate License when required by state law.
• Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivational and mentoring skills.
• Thorough understanding of vacation ownership sales transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational skills.
• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.

• Total compensation ranges from $150,000 - $300,000 for top performers.
