Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $$$190,000 - $250,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive income, you'll also enjoy a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, vision coverage, and a 401(k) savings plan.

Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Dentist to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you'll lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and offering treatment planning options to patients.

You'll achieve success by mentoring and coaching a talented staff, expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, and networking with professional groups to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.

Qualifications and Requirements
