Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified Polysomnographic Technologist to join our sleep center team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting polysomnography studies, analyzing data, and providing accurate reports. Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct polysomnography studies, collect and analyze data, and provide accurate reports to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
  • Patient Care and Education: Provide education to patients on sleep disorder diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to improve sleep quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment, prepare rooms for patients, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend training programs, and complete continuing education requirements to maintain certification.
Qualifications
  • Certification: Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) or as a Registered Sleep Technologist (RST).
  • Education: Associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography or completion of a polysomnography program associated with a state-licensed and nationally accredited educational facility.
  • Experience: Experience as a registered polysomnographic technologist, with a minimum of 10 CEU's approved for credit by the AAST or BRPT.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $25.35-$42.23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
