Salary
A competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary of $148,000 per year, consisting of a base pay of $135,000 and a performance-based bonus up to $13,000 annually.

Job Description
This role involves partnership, corporate, and individual income tax return preparation and review. Tax and financial planning and consulting services are also provided. Other responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, primarily compilations and prepared financial statement engagements. Supervision, training, and mentorship of staff are key aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant management experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, and be a CPA licensed or EA designated professional.
