About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Amazon, specifically for the Kuiper Project. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the inventory consignment initiative and partnering with business and finance leaders to design program strategy through thoughtful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create financial models for new business concepts and resulting financial impact to help drive data-driven decision making.
  • Develop financial models for new and existing businesses, develop business insights and KPI dashboards, and lead ad hoc analyses.
  • Participate in Finance initiatives, including but not limited to process improvements, ad hoc analyses, and preparation of periodic reporting activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of finance, accounting, tax, or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business economics, or a related analytical field
  • Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in month-end close and/or FP&A
  • Relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results

The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
