Commercial Restoration Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Restoration Manager to join our team at BlueTeam. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will oversee and manage field operations across multiple restoration and reconstruction projects nationwide.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will serve as the liaison between restoration and construction superintendents and upper management, offering technical expertise, training, and mentorship.
Main Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all field operations for commercial restoration and reconstruction projects nationwide.Supervise and mentor superintendents ensuring consistency in project executionCollaborate with Directors, Project Directors, Construction Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize project delivery.Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures across all projects.Review project plans, schedules, and scopes of work to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or equivalent position; construction or restoration experience is a plus.
- An Associate degree or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, materials, and methods.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with local and national building codes and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Spanish a plus.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, supplemental life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.
