Job Summary

As an Asset Protection Specialist at Stop & Shop, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and safe shopping environment for our customers and a secure workplace for our associates. You will be responsible for investigating the loss of assets, preventing loss and shrink through monitoring and surveillance, and ensuring the safety and security of assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations into the loss of assets, including merchandise, money, and property

Implement shrink reduction strategies to prevent loss and protect company assets

Collaborate with store teams to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment

Requirements

1 year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/asset protection

Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality of investigation-related information

High School Diploma or GED
