Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,960, based on an hourly wage of up to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and progression through our Level Up program.

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Specialists. In this role, you will work directly with clients with autism, providing ABA therapy in a center-based or home-based setting. You will be responsible for teaching communication, social, and self-help skills, collecting data to monitor progress, and providing regular written and verbal progress updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • No direct experience necessary; comprehensive onboarding, training, and support provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
