NICU Nurse Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NICU nurse to join our team in Georgia. As a NICU nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of these precious patients.

Salary and Benefits
The weekly pay for this position is estimated to be around $2,400, based on 48 hours per week and a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including holiday pay, guaranteed hours, 401k retirement plan, pet insurance, company-provided housing options, sick pay, wellness and fitness programs, referral bonus, medical benefits, dental benefits, and vision benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a NICU nurse will include:
  • Caring for premature and critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
  • Working under the direction of a physician to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Providing education and support to new mothers about their baby's condition, breastfeeding, and other related topics
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current RN license
  • Experience working in a NICU setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
