Cybersecurity and System Administrator Job Description

At CRI Advantage, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity and System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level technical support to our end clients, ensuring the security and integrity of their systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, web, and other channels as required.
  • Cybersecurity Services: Perform tasks to support the general ongoing Cybersecurity Solutions team efforts, including network security, system administration, and cybersecurity services.
  • Network Security: Assist with network design and documentation, as well as implement security measures to protect client systems and data.
  • Incident Response: Participate in our Incident Response Team and respond to client incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Infrastructure Management: Assist in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of client infrastructure, ensuring a secure and stable environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.
  • Education: An associate's degree in an IT or technical discipline, or at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Proven working experience in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity; solid understanding of key cybersecurity concepts; experience with Security Operations Centers, network security, and system administration.
