Lead Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as a Lead Kindergarten Prep Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on observations of the children's interests and needs.

• You will communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.
• You will maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Hold a CDA or higher level of education
• Have at least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool
• Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
