Executive Restaurant Leader

We are seeking an Executive Restaurant Leader to join our team at Five Guys. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including financial and inventory management, crew assignment and training, customer relationship management, and overall shift performance.

• Financial and Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. You will also oversee inventory management, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
• Crew Assignment and Training: You will be responsible for assigning tasks to your team members, providing training and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management: You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
• Shift Performance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all shifts run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
