Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Jobot. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day HR operations and will be involved in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • HRIS Management: Manage and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Implement and manage compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain high-quality employees.
  • Performance Appraisal: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Skills: People-oriented and results-driven. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
