As an Assistant Station Manager at CSI, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers, and upholding our core values of safety, diversity, inclusion, integrity, and trust.
">Job Responsibilities:">- Operations Management: Assist the Station Manager in overseeing station operations, including supervising staff during shifts, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring accurate stock levels through regular mini-audits.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), handling transactions efficiently, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives, provide coaching and guidance as needed, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum 21 years of age (varies by location); previous experience in retail, food service, or similar environments.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, handle challenging situations, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 10lbs continuously and occasional lifting of up to 35lbs; prolonged standing, walking, and reaching.
- Competitive Salary: $17.52 - $26.28 per hour
