About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our production team at VSR Industries. This is a full-time hourly position working an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling Slot cabinets and bases, using hand tools, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires excellent attendance, ability to identify and report defective items, and willingness to assist in other areas of the production floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble Slot cabinets and bases to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Use hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Identify and report any defective items or equipment issues
  • Assist in other areas of the production floor as required, supporting the team's efforts to meet production targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training
  • Excellent eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color differentiation
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Working Conditions
