Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative I is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring seamless patient experiences from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate patient visits and coordinate appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Collect payments and update patient information on our computer system, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
  • Provide courteous and informative telephone access to clinic services, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist patients with forms and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of experience in a medical or business/office field, or equivalent education and training/certification.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
