Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at My RIA Lawyer. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our attorneys and paralegals, including managing office correspondence, scheduling meetings and travel, and maintaining an organized inbox.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with preparing legal documents and contracts, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure the efficient operation of our firm.
  • Research and Data Management: Conduct legal research as needed under the supervision of our attorneys and paralegals, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our case management system.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, quick to learn new technology, and able to type 50 words per minute or faster.
  • Education: Some college is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
