Insurance Business Development Leader

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is between $94,630 and $178,718 annually, with commission eligibility in addition to base pay. The actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience level, skillset, geography, and internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees.
Job DescriptionThis role involves cultivating client relationships, leading the client account planning cycle, and ensuring clients' needs are consistently met. You will direct strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities within assigned accounts.
- You will develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients to understand client's unique business goals and activities.
- You will proactively introduce solutions and ideas to clients to help them improve business performance.
- You will manage sales lifecycle and effectively communicates the business and financial cases to successfully close sales.
- You will ensure client satisfaction and retention by strategically managing the client relationship.
- You should have 5-10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO).
- You should have 5-10 years insurance industry experience.
- You should have a Bachelor's degree.
- You should have experience selling products or services to insurance organizations.
- Insurance designations are preferred.
- You should have a proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships.
- You should have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively to client and audience responses.
- You should have exceptional interpersonal skills.
