Le Labo is expanding with the opening of new boutiques and corners. To accompany this expansion preserving the values of our unique business model and mission of slow perfumery, craftsmanship approach and mindfulness, Le Labo is recruiting a Senior Sales Manager for the region. This role will be based in supporting a portfolio of FSS and Counter doors across the region.

Main Objectives

  1. Achieve targets with on-brand execution across all doors.
  2. Stay true to the brand, focusing on client's experience, and leveraging brand initiatives to remain relevant to core clients while reach new audiences.
  3. Partner with the ED of Sales & Education on the implementation of the region's plan to drive growth across doors.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Leadership and Management

  • Lead teams to achieve sales plan growth and productivity targets while providing clients with a genuine experience.
  • Leverage key shopping moments to drive trials and recruitment.
  • Grow KPIs and mix of business in alignment with brand strategy.

Retail Experience

  • Deliver true to brand retail experience in nurturing and developing team of talents.
  • Maintain performance and retention, ensuring in-store Souls immerse into Le Labo DNA and take clients through our Le Labo journey.

Marketing and Amenities

  • Support the acceleration and development of local amenities and partnership deals in the region.
  • Actively partner with FE and SM to identify and on-board new amenity and partnership partners to build awareness and drive traffic to doors.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Anticipated Base Salary Range: $92,800 - $139,200 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).
