**Job Summary:**
As a Registered Nurse at The Pines at Rutland, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
* Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
* Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

**Requirements:**
* Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
* Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
* Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
