Job Overview

SchoolHouse Chess is a dynamic organization dedicated to fostering children's learning and thinking skills through the game of chess. Our approach combines fun characters and stories with a logical, step-by-step curriculum that caters to children aged 6-11.

Job Requirements
  • Availability to conduct workshops 2-5 afternoons per week between 2:00pm and 5:00pm
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a joyful approach to teaching
  • Experience working with children and a good knowledge of chess
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • A very outgoing and fun personality
