Job Summary:
Packaging line workers at Nesco Resource are responsible for preparing finished products for distribution by packaging them according to company standards. This role involves operating packaging machinery, loading materials, performing quality checks on products, labeling packages, ensuring proper packaging materials are used, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
This position requires strong analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, efficiently meeting production goals while adhering to strict attention to detail and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating packaging machinery
  • Loading materials
  • Performing quality checks on products
  • Labeling packages
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the work area

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds on an intermittent basis
  • Working knowledge of aspectic technique
  • Understanding and awareness of USDA regulations, SOPs, and SPPs

Work Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM position with overtime as needed, including weekend work if required. Our comprehensive benefits package ensures your well-being and financial security.

Estimated Salary:
Ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
