We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Office Assistant to support our healthcare team with both clinical and administrative duties. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, assist in patient care, and help maintain medical inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Records Management: Efficiently update and maintain digital client records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist with transitioning physical records to digital formats to streamline office processes.
  • Patient Information Recording: Prior to each appointment, accurately record patient vital signs, weight, and any updates to their medical history to ensure proper documentation and preparation for healthcare providers.
  • Examination Room Preparation: Clean, organize, and prepare examination rooms before patient appointments, ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
  • Front Office Support: Provide support at the front desk when needed, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients in a warm, professional manner as they enter the facility.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Assist the nurse and office manager in monitoring medical inventory levels, placing orders for new supplies, and ensuring that materials and equipment are adequately stocked to meet the facility's needs.
