About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Emory University. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with minimal supervision
  • Lead preventative maintenance and safety inspections
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless vehicle operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
  • Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required; ASE certification preferred
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and 5 years of automotive or diesel repair experience
