About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Skip Trace Coordinator to join our team at PAR North America. As a key member of our skip tracing department, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering various investigative methods and techniques to locate client debtors and collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer skip tracing activities to locate client debtors and collateral.
- Assist in daily skip tracing activities and maintain a large inventory of accounts.
- Provide regular updates to clients and management on account status and progress.
- Locate, research, and evaluate new databases to enhance investigative activities and results.
- Maintain current and new vendor contracts and relationships.
- Review and evaluate vendor effectiveness and recommend changes to senior management.
- Work with results-driven accountability and production focus.
- Conduct investigative and skip tracing activities as assigned by management.
- May be responsible for specific client accounts assigned by management.
- Generate daily production reports as instructed by management.
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with recovery vendors.
- Maintain a professional attitude throughout all forms of communication.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with a focus on production and accountability.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organize tasks.
- Address all client and managerial communications in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of successful investigative experience preferred.
- One to three years of prior experience in the repossession or collections industry preferred.
