Strategic Sales Director for Central US Market Expansion

Broadbent Selections, Inc. is a leading wine and spirits importer seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for the Central US region.
This strategic role requires a dynamic individual who can drive business growth, develop strong relationships with distributor partners, and effectively communicate with key retail/restaurant buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed annual territory/brand depletion and revenue goals
- Engage and motivate distributor partners to meet/exceed mutually agreed-upon annual/quarterly goals
- Maintain a continuous market presence to drive business and increase sales with existing and new customers
- Act as an ambassador for suppliers and Broadbent Selections Brands by having an in-depth understanding of all brands
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven ability to sell, and a passion for the wine industry. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the wine industry is required, with a focus on sales and marketing. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and hold a valid driver's license.
